Features one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The rear entrance leads to a private lower terrace with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing. The lower level includes the bathroom with shower and laundry area, while upstairs you’ll find the kitchen, living-dining room, and balcony with sea views.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and heating (split units) in bedrooms and living areas, ensuring year-round comfort.

Area Information
Es Canutells is a quiet coastal area in the southeast of Menorca. The area has a small beach, called Es Canutells, where you can enjoy the crystal clear waters, ideal for snorkelling. There is a small jetty where you can launch your boat into the sea. In the summer season there is the possibility of practising nautical sports with the companyKayak Canutells, which is based in the same beach area, and where you can rent kayaks and paddle surf, and organise excursions with them. In the same beach area there is the only restaurant in the area, the Es Canutells Restaurant, ideal for lunch or dinner, and a varied menu with fresh fish of the day. The restaurant is usually only open from April to the end of October. In the same urbanisation, and only during the summer season, there is an apartment complex at the entrance, which has a small supermarket. To get to Es Canutells, you have to go either from the airport or from the port of Mahón or Ciudadela, towards the village of Sant Climent. Once there, take the second exit from the roundabout, towards Carretera de Binidalí. After about 2km there is a turning signposted to Canutells. To get to the flats, follow the signs for Playa. In Es Canutells you can enjoy nature, as the Camí de Cavalls passes through the area, on its route that connects Calan Porter with Binidalí. Besides, there are several paths to enjoy the landscape and the archaeological heritage of the island, such as the Caparrot de Forma, an ancient archaeological site located just above the cliff. In both low and high season, in the nearby village of San Clemente you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. They are only 5 minutes away from Es Canutells. Without a doubt, it is a very quiet area to enjoy the island, as it is only a few minutes by car from the south of Menorca, such as Calan Porter, Cales Coves, or the picturesque fishing village of Binibeca Vell.
