On the ground floor, you enter through the former porch, now enclosed with glass, into the main living area. This floor includes:
- 4 bedrooms (2 with twin beds, 2 with a double bed)
- All with private bathrooms and air conditioning
- A fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outside and a laundry area with washing machine
On the first floor, you’ll find:
- 4 additional bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin rooms)
- Each with ensuite bathroom and climate control

The house also offers free Wi-Fi throughout, both indoors and in the outdoor areas.

- The property will contact you a few days before to give you directions for the entrance to the house.
- According to the regulations of the Balearic Government, all tenants over 16 years of age must pay the tourist tax on arrival at the establishment. The amount varies according to the type of establishment, and is a daily charge per person. The accommodation will charge the amount on arrival.
- No parties or events are allowed. Weddings are allowed on request.
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed
- We recommend you to book a car, as it is located in the interior of Menorca.

Son Bou is one of the best known family urbanisations in Menorca. During the summer season it has a multitude of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. In addition, you will find in Son Bou the longest beach in Menorca, to enjoy it with the family and to be able to take long walks at sunset.

Once the full amount has been paid, no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

🔹 Bookings made 30 days or less prior to arrival:

100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
In this case, no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation.
